Kier Cook

Education: Associates and certifications in Power Plant Technology and Commercial HVACR.

Kier is a licensed Power Engineer and Realtor with a background in trades and Facility Management. With his dedication to keeping your facility first, and 20 plus years experience he continues to provide results through teamwork and a hands on approach to commercial building services.

Phillip Smith Jr.

Education: Bachelors in Business Fundamentals.

Phillip is United States Navy veteran who's background is Facility Care and Automotive Manufacturing Supervision. His Comments: With my military leadership skills, and over fifteen years of cleaning experience, I understand the importance of meeting the customers needs, while working with different people to achieve customer satisfaction.

Nicole Cook

Education: Bachelors in Human Resources.

Nicole is a professional with specialized interest in developing and building teams through selective candidate screening and succession planning.

Diversity awareness and customized customer service plans are a part of her expertise.

Tracey Smith

Education: Bachelors of Business with a Concentration in Human Resources.

Tracey has over Fifteen years in Retail Management and over 10 years of facility cleaning experience. She currently works in operations for CookSmith Facility Care. Her Comments: I am dedicated to giving the best service possible to ensure that our customers are satisfied.

Michelle Cook

Education: Masters in Early childhood Education, and BS in Marketing

Michelle has been in the commercial cleaning business for over 10 years as a quality controls inspector and training coordinator.
